The goal is early, sustainable return-to-work that keeps workers connected to the workplace and prevents unnecessary escalation or time loss through practical, sound, robust modified work duties.

Throughout this career, complex claims portfolios have been managed end to end, with a focus on early intervention, stay-at-work and return-to-work strategies, and reducing unnecessary time loss while supporting recovery and workforce stability.
